on November 10Th my dad my uncle and me went to Montana to go hunting. we were in Glasgow ,Montana we were about eighty miles from the border line of Montana and Canada and not very far from North Dakota. it took 15 hours to get there. when we got there we had to check in at the hotel then find our room. after we checked in we went to the Montana hunting and fishing office building to see where to go to hunt my dad and i went in one direction to a field and my uncle went to a different field. it was windy but we were hiding in the brush so it wouldn't be a problem. it was getting cold after a while so we got up to walk around the corner to see if anything was there. nothing was coming in any direction.my toes got numb after a while because it was like single digits or teens out and your feet have a hard time getting circulation. well that day we saw and got no deer. Thursday we went to a different field. it was seven degrees out so of course my feet froze. after a few hours we left and got breakfast from McDonald's and went back to the hotel. about one in the after noon we went back to a new field and we were driving in to the field and saw a group of about three deer come over this irrigation ditch and came onto the field we were on and i was going to try to take a shot at it but it was too far away so my dad and uncle started shooting at it but my dad got the rang wrong so he didn't get a shot on it so once my uncle got it down he told me out of all the years he had had his licence to Hunt that was his first deer so my dad went and got the truck and my uncle started dragging the deer toward the truck. when my uncle started gutting the deer it was my job to take pictures. which of course didn't last very long because it smelled really bad so i had to sit in the truck and watch a movie. the next day we saw no deer. then on Saturday my birthday, i didn't get my first deer after a year still no deer. so later me my dad and my uncle went to dinner ate the restaurant at the hotel then went back to our room and showered and went to bed then on Sunday we drove home fifteen hours in one day is very tiring and wen we got home my little brother could walk it was a fun trip and birthday

Camp Wooten

so the week before spring break the fifth graders at Jason lee go to Camp Wooten up in the tucannon mountains for a week. It is a outdoor education camp. you stay in cabins with 4-6 girls in 6-7 different cabins and the boys stay in cabins. you take classes outside a least most of them are and you have breakfast, lunch ,and dinner and a snack then you have rec. period for 2 hours its like recess but you can go fishing,cannoning do archery BB guns hiking crafts kick soccer and different games it is really fun


you can also go back as t.a. when you are in 6Th,7Th,and 8Th grade and when you are in high school you can bee a cabin counselor. when the teachers choose t.a.`s they look for students who not only did a good job at camp but through the whole school year. it is a really fun experience!

Carter

I have a new little brother carter he is so cute. he barely had hair when he was born he still has Little hair now and he had side Burns it is so cute! i am his snuggle buddy. he learned how to talk to me. my dad noticed that he focuses on me when i am holding him it happens when my mom is holding him also. my friends run over to me when ever my mom is holding a car seat they love him. i also have a new cousin cooper he is cute he looks like my little Friend Hayden

Christmas

Christmas is my favorite holiday. the reason it is my favorite holiday is because i get to be with my family and because i get to open present three times that day! it is very exiting although there is triple the mess to clean up, it will never be boring. my Christmas routine is we kids wake up first and go down stairs or where ever the tree is and look at the presents. my brothers think that if its big, its their`s. but i am the first one awake, but they never know. i always love finding and decorating the tree. after its is all done, it really looks awesome. when my brothers start opening \they just pick something big then my parents have to stop them before they open it and they pick one for them then we go to one of my grandmas house and eat something and open presents then we go to the other grandmas house ,eat something an d open presents. then we go home.

birthdays

my birthday was a couple of weeks ago. it was really fun! i got awesome presents and my best friends were there. we went and saw Madagascar 2. it was funny. my birthday was so fun. i had a great time!

hunting

November 7Th i went hunting with my dad. we had lots of fun.but we did not get any thing. we saw 3 deer. but 2 of them we could not shoot because they were not on the guys property.and the last one was across the field and i could not see it so i did not shoot it.but my dad could see it .the second day we set up our blind and sat all day and did not see any thing.i played on my dads phone all day. the 3rd day we walked on the opposite side that we hunted on the day before. we saw lots of deer droppings but no deer. oh ya and lots of cow pies because the guy has cows. that was really fun oh and then it started raining. and we got soaking wet that part wasn't so fun.
